Rental period
A 24-hour rental covers one calendar day from delivery. A 7-day rental covers seven consecutive days. Containers kept longer than the agreed term may be billed at an additional daily rate — just call us before the term ends and we'll work it out.
Placement and access
You are responsible for providing safe, legal and accessible placement. We put boards down to protect driveways, but heavy equipment can still mark asphalt, pavers and soft surfaces. CoCo's Roll Offs is not responsible for surface damage, overhead lines or underground utilities at the placement site.
Weight limits and overages
Each 16-yard rental includes up to 3 tons. Loads over that limit are billed at $60 per additional ton. Debris must be level with the top rail — we cannot legally haul an overfilled container and may charge a trip fee if it must be re-leveled.
Prohibited materials
No hazardous waste, paint, solvents, chemicals, tires, batteries, refrigerants, pressurized tanks, asbestos or liquids. Prohibited items found in a load may result in additional disposal charges.
Payment
Payment is due at delivery unless other arrangements are made in advance. Overage and extended-term charges are billed after pickup and weigh-in.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule at no charge before the container leaves our yard. Once a truck is dispatched, a trip fee may apply.
Liability
Once delivered, the container and its contents are your responsibility until pickup. Do not move, modify or overload the container. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the rental.
