Started by a neighbor, named for a dog

David Culp started CoCo's Roll Offs with one trailer, a pickup and a simple promise: show up when we say we will and charge what we quoted. The name comes from CoCo, the German Shepherd who rides shotgun and greets every customer she can get away with.
